The association (CƒD) is a social, non-political and non-profit making voluntary organization, established by the experienced professional (Rural Development, Sociologist, Para-medicine and Environment) youths on the auspicious birthday of our national father 2nd October 1998. And later on, it received the legal status under the Indian Trust Registration Act 1882 on 11th of July 2000.
Somewhere, these youths were in association with full fledged and established NGOs in Jharkhand. They voluntarily felt that they should intervene for the Poorest of poor/ deprived, destitute – differently able / uncared elders and utilize their vast exposures and experiences for their native blocks.
Hence, the association of local youths with vast experiences and experiences in the diversified fields came with a common understanding for interventions by taking decisions independently at branch area offices at Ranchi, Murhu, Manjhgaon, Tamar, Natawal and Hazaribagh.
Besides, we are also operational at state level for the issue of prevention of women and child trafficking in Chattishgarh under the network of ATSEC, India (Action against trafficking and Sexual Exploitation of Children).

1. All round development of the poor, marginalized and youths by educating, organizing and empowering to
promote a liberating force aimed at social justice, economic growth and self-reliance

balance for the sake of environment conservation
3. Establishment of gender equality in the society at all the level, especially in the poorest and unorganized sectors
4. Regeneration of sustainability and self-reliance in the society

Chhattisgarh State
In the state Chattisgarh state, the organization is operational in all districts with Local NGO network on the issue of prevention of women and child trafficking mostly in the part of Sarguja, Ambikapur and other tribal inhabitant districts with ATSEC Chattisgarh Chapter of ATSEC India.
